Eleven Oaks makes pet-friendly rental-home living feel easy in Eustis, with landscaped green space, a dedicated dog park, and outdoor areas that give daily walks more variety close to home. Inside, roomy two- and three-bedroom layouts offer practical space for crates, beds, litter boxes, and the everyday gear that comes with caring for a companion.

The policy in one breath.

Pet Screening: Mandatory for all applicants before move‑in. Restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, and American Bulldog, or any crossbreeds of these. Maximum weight limit of 100 pounds per pet. No more than two (2) pets allowed unless written approval is obtained. Non‑refundable pet fee: $300 for one pet; $500 for up to two pets. Monthly pet rent: $35 per pet. Dangerous or poisonous animals and exotic pets are not permitted. Fish tanks limited to 20 gallons; no pet fee or pet rent required for fish.

How many pets can I have?

Up to two pets per home. Dogs and cats are both welcome.

Is there a weight limit?

100 pounds per pet.
